In 2019, the EFE and LUSA news agencies began a pioneering cooperation to show the results of the European cohesion policy and its impact on the lives of the citizens of Spain and Portugal. With the emblem of “Iberian Stories of European Cohesion”, they pay special attention to initiatives to promote the development of border areas and most of the projects are part of the Interreg VA Spain-Portugal (POCTEP)
As of October 2020, the project continued, this time including the border with France and with the name “Crossborder stories”. In total, to date, 154 stories, some of them with video and podcast, have shown the reality of the Interreg Spain-Portugal POCTEP projects.
